  • Provide AI-powered features including voice transcription.

  • Audio recordings — processed for transcription and deleted from third-party servers within 24 hours of processing. You may retain transcripts in your account.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

  • Database access controls that limit each account to its own company's data.
